I am facing issue of headache from last 3-4 years.i have consulted allopathy and they have given me sibelum 10 for migrane and asked to take metopar(paracetamol) when ever pain is too much.i am nit taking sibelum now but i am taking metopar when ever required.so i want a homeopathy consultatation if it can be cured by homeopathy or the level of headache can be lowered. Currently i face headache once in a week and i had to take metopar. Kindly suggest. My weight 80 kg And i am taking some neuro medicines ( stalopam 10, amitone 10) I also have cholesterol and taking (atorec 20)

What is Rifmol D 10mg/650mg Tablet?

Rifmol D 10mg/650mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Domperidone and Paracetamol/Acetaminophen. Domperidone helps to control vomiting. It also increases the movement of the stomach and intestines, allowing food to move more easily through the stomach. This prevents nausea and vomiting caused due to migraine. Paracetamol/Acetaminophen is an analgesic (pain reliever) and an anti-pyretic (fever reducer) which blocks the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and fever associated with migraine.

Can I take a higher than the recommended dose of this medicine?
