Muskmelon
Muskmelon or Kharbooja is also called as “Madhuphala” in Ayuvrveda. Muskmelon has diuretic, cooling, antimicrobial, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. It helps to manage kidney stone, liver diseases, pain and burn during urination and high blood pressure. Since it is rich in vitamin A content, it is good for maintaining healthy eyes.
