Tamarind is also known as “Indian date” and is sweet and sour in taste. Tamarind has antimicrobial, hepatoprotective, anthelmintic, antioxidant, analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties. a. Soak 1-2 raw Tamarind in 1 glass of water overnight.
b. Mash and strain the soaked Tamarind to separate the seeds.
c. Use this obtained Tamarind liquid as a mouthwash.
