Adcob FM tablet is a brand of Adenosylcobalamin, Folic acid and Mecobalamin.

Adenosylcobalamin is one of the two active forms of vitamin B12. It plays an essential role in the production of blood and the maintenance of normal cerebral and nervous functioning in the human body.
Mecobalamin is notable for being one of the few examples in nature of an organometallic bond. Mecobalamin is used in treating diseases of vitamin B12 deficiency (such as pernicious anemia), or diseases of effective B12 deficiency, such as vitamin B12 metabolic pathway. Mecobalamin is retained in the body better than cyanocobalamin. Methylcobalamin is an essential nutrient that helps the body to make healthy red blood cells and nerve cells. Methylcobalamin normalizes protein transport in the cells of diabetic patient. It exhibits inhibitory effects on nerve degeneration in people with neuropathies.
