Directions For Use:

• Remove Axiostat Dialysis Bleeding Control from the sterile pack

• Place Axiostat along with gauze on the access site after removing the needle completely

• For 1 minute, apply uniform and deep pressure

• Apply tourniquet over the gauze to hold Axiostat in place

• Irrigate the site with water/ saline (room temperature)

• Remove gently
