Directions For Use:
Saline Nasal Spray:
2 sprays (kids -1) in each nostril, 4 to 5 times a day

Vapour Rub:
Packed in a slanting tube. Apply directly or take a small amount in one finger and apply
For cold, congestion and headache: 4 to 5 times a day

Vapour Patch:
For cold, up to 3 times a day (2 times for kids)

Kadha Mix:
Empty one sachet into a hot cup (100 ml) of water, tea or coffee and mix well. Take up to 4 times a day. Give lukewarm to kids.
