Directions For Use:
Saline Nasal Spray
For Cold and Sore Throat: 2 (kids -1) sprays in each nostril, 4 to 5 times a day

Cough Syrup
For Sore Throat and Coughing: 10ml, up to 4 times a day (5ml for kids).

Vapour Rub

• Packed in a slanting tube. Apply directly or take a small amount in one finger and apply

• For cold and congestion: 4 to 5 times a day

Vapour Patch
For cold, upto 3 times a day (2 times for Kids).
