I am a Diabetic patient. I take Dabar Chabyanprakash 1 tss twice daily It has improved my physical fitness & I feel energetic at the age of 82yrs. I dont have any other ailment except BPH.

This is good in Winters for my point of view. I used to take daily in morning in Winters But two days in a week.
