Directions For Use:

• Oil-5ml-10 ml or more depending upon the part effected, to be gently massaged twice a day or as directed by the physician

• Crepe bandage-wrap bandage around the affected area after applying the pain relief oil. When the bandage is wrapped around completely, use pin at the end to hold it in position. Take caution while wrapping, if fasten tightly then it may obstruct blood circulation
