This mask has multilayers, with layer-1 (inner layer) being ultra-soft SMMS fabric for better comfort and extra filtration. Layer-2 (first filter layer) has a melt-blown technology-based filter system for ultra-high filtration, greater than 95% at 0.3 microns. Layer-3 (middle layer) has a hot air cotton layer for extra comfort and easy breathability. Layer-4 (second filter layer) has a melt-blown technology-based filter system for ultra-high filtration greater than 95% at 0.3 microns. Layer-5 (outer layer) is designed with a spun-bond technology-based fabric layer for splash resistance and as an initial layer of protection. Materials are tested as per ASTM standards from a NABL accredited lab.
