Directions for Use:

• Put the ice pack in the fridge for at least 30 min before use, until completely frozen

• For hot therapy, boil the water in the vessel (size suitable to the gel pack to immerse completely)

• Immerse the gel pouch in the hot water for 10-15 minutes

• Remove carefully, wipe it dry and insert it in the cap

• Keep in microwave for only 20 seconds for multipurpose use
