Directions For Use:
Wash menstrual cups, intimate skin parts and hands with Everteen natural intimate wash and rinse thoroughly. Sit in a relaxed squatting position. Fold the menstrual cup by punching down its circumference and inserting this open side. Push the cup at about a 45-degree angle towards your pubic bone. Then release it to pop it open once inside. Spread along the interior walls with your fingers if needed. Continue to push until the cup is comfortably placed.
