Folomega tablet contains Docosahexaenoic acid, Vitamin B12, Vitamin B6 and Folic acid
 
Role of key ingredients:-
DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) is vital for brain and eye development during pregnancy, and reduces risk for early preterm birth, which is associated with poor neurocognitive outcomes and maternal depression. 
Vitamin B12 promotes the initiation and maturation of blood cells supporting the pregnancy. 
Folic acid is essential to numerous bodily functions ranging from nucleotide biosynthesis to the remethylation of homocysteine. It is especially important during periods of rapid cell division and growth. Both children and adults require folic acid to produce healthy red blood cells and prevent anemia. 
Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) may play a role in the prevention of preeclampsia, where the mother’s blood pressure is high with large amounts of protein in the urine or other organ dysfunction, and in babies being born too early (preterm birth).
 
Folomega  tablet is used for the treatment of
Iron deficiency anemia,
Iron deficiency due to chronic blood loss or low intake of iron
Iron deficiency anaemia and nutritional anaemia that occurs especially during pregnancy and lactation. 
 
Folomega tablet can be taken orally with water, after meals.  
 
Use under medical supervision.
