Karnim Capsules is an ayurvedic formulation that is made from safe herbs/roots/vegetables/fruits. It improves quality of life by reducing the side effects related to diabetes like eye damage, diabetes foot, perspiration (sweating) and irritability. Karnim Capsules contains dry Karela, Neem Patra, Tulsi, Kutki, Shuddha Guggul, Sonth and preservatives such as Sodium Methyl Paraben, Sodium Propyl Paraben
It is an ideal supplement to be taken by Obese and Overweight people as it improves carbohydrate metabolism , maintains blood sugar level and reduces blood cholesterol. It should be taken as a preventive by people (Young and Old) with history of diabetes.
Karnim capsules can be taken along with existing allopathic medicine but with careful check on blood sugar. It has no side effects.

Directions for use:
One capsule thrice daily 15 minutes before meal along with dietary restrictions and exercise.
