Minimalist Sepicalm 03% Moisturizer is a lightweight moisturizer that hydrates and softens skin without an oily, shiny or heavy residual fee. It is suitable for normal, acne-prone and sensitive skin. It is a perfect blend of hydration, emollients and occlusives for all-day moisturization.
