Multani Lohasava It is an effective combination of lohabhasma with other essential herbs. Lohasav is indicated to provide relief from iron deficiency while lohabhasma helps improve haemoglobin levels, and trikatu ensures better absorption and assimilation. It does not cause gastrointetinal disturbance or constipation. It also possess anthelmintic property by virtue of embelia ribes and plumbago zeylanica.
