It is used for patella subluxation, patella-femoral syndrome and part of a rehab program following patella tendon injuries.

Directions For Use:

• Hold top of support (largest end) and loosen straps

• After determining side of kneecap (patella) that requires support, position buttress on affected side and slide over knee

• Ensure seam is placed posteriorly in back of leg and hinges are placed medial/lateral on leg

• The kneecap (patella) should be centered in the circular opening with buttress placed on rim of the kneecap (patella)

• Hold both small straps above and below kneecap by hook tip and pull back onto loop portion of strap

• Adjust small straps to desired tension or comfort level, starting with large strap nearest foot and secure strap with buckle and tighten to desired comfort level
