Pristine Zelos Follow Up Formula Stage 2 (6 to 12 months)

Pristine Zelos Follow Up Formula Stage 2 (6 to 12 months) is a spray-dried follow up formula for infants from 6 months of age. It is fortified with vitamins, minerals and DHA.

• Minerals (Calcium phosphate tribasic, Sodium chloride, Potassium phosphate dibasic, Magnesium oxide, Ferric pyrophosphate, Zinc sulphate, Cupric sulphate, Manganese sulphate, Potassium iodide, Sodium selenite)

• Vitamins (Ascorbic acid, d-alpha tocopheryl acetate, Nicotinamide, Choline bitartrate, Calcium pantothenate, Thiamine chloride hydrochloride, Pyridoxine hydrochloride, Riboflavin, Retinyl acetate, Folic acid, Phytylmenaquinone, d-Biotin, Ergocalciferol, Cyanocobalamin)

Directions For Use:

• Wash your hands

• Sterilise utensils including the feeding bowl and spoon

• Boil drinking water for 5 minutes and leave it till lukewarm

• Pour an exact amount of lukewarm water as per the feeding table

• Consult the feeding table and add an exact number of levelled scoops for the age of the baby. Only use the scoop provided. Shake/ mix to dissolve water

• Feed the baby with a bowl and spoon. Discard leftover feed

• Read the label carefully before use

• Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight

• Keep out of reach of the children

• Warning: Only prepare one feed at a time. Feed immediately and follow the instructions exactly. Do not keep unfinished feed; discard the content

• Always hold the baby while feeding. Leaving baby unattended may cause choking

• Infant Milk Substitute should be used only on the advice of a health worker as to the need for its use and the proper method of its use

• Infant Milk substitute is not the sole source of nourishment of an infant

• Warning/ Caution – careful and hygienic preparation of infant milk substitute is most essential for health

• Do not use fewer scoops than directed since diluted feeding will not provide adequate nutrients needed by your infant

• Do not use more scoops than directed since concentrated feed will not provide the water needed by your infant

• Ensure the enclosed scoop is thoroughly washed and dried before use

• After opening, use within 3 weeks or the expiry date, whichever is earlier
