Directions For Use:

• Handle strips with dry hands. Peel whitening strips from the backing liner. For best results, apply a set (1 for upper teeth and 1 for lower teeth) of teeth whitening strips every day for 7 days

• Using a mirror, apply the gel side of a smaller strip on the front side of the lower teeth

• Fold the rest of the strip behind the teeth to stick the strip to the teeth properly

• Repeat the above step for a bigger strip for upper teeth. Upper and lower strips can be applied at the same time or one after another

• Remove and discard strips after 30 minutes. Use one set per day for 7 days
