- The menstrual cup comes with a stem, hence is easier to handle
- The menstrual cup is made of medical-grade silicone, which is safe to use
- Stonesoup menstrual cup offers a high degree of mobility with no fear of leakage
Direction for Use:
- Push the sides and fold the cup in half appearing like a U shape. The top rim has to be very small to insert
- Hold the folded side between thumb and forefinger. The curve side will be away from your palm
- Go in a comfortable position like a squat with relaxed vaginal muscles
- Open the labia with the other hand and push the folded portion into the vaginal opening
- The cup should be a half-inch inside the vagina
- To remove the cup, use your thumb and forefinger to reach the base of the cup and pinch it to release the seal. Pull it out
- After emptying the content in the toilet, wash the cup with warm water and mild detergent
- The menstrual cup should be emptied twice a day or as per requirement
Safety Information:
- Keep it washed and clean at all times
- Empty it at least twice a day when on periods
- Do not use any harsh chemicals to clean it
- Ensure that all the detergent is washed out prior to using it again
