Directions For Use:

• Put on the applicator given in the box over the foot

• It helps to slide the stocking up towards the knee

• Insert your hand in the stocking and hold the heel portion in your palm

• Now reverse the stocking outward

• Slide the inverted stocking such that its heel portion fits your heel perfectly

• Now slowly start pulling up the stocking and make sure there are no creases
