Bifrazo 1% Lotion is an antifungal medicine. It kills and prevents the growth of fungus. This relieves the symptoms caused by the infection. It may be used to treat infections such as ringworm, athlete’s foot, fungal nappy rash, and fungal sweat rash. You should keep using it for as long as it is prescribed even if your symptoms have gone. This will prevent the infection from coming back. Using this medicine as prescribed will relieve pain and itching and may help you feel more comfortable with your skin.

How to use Bifrazo 1% Lotion?
Before using Bifrazo 1% Lotion, clean and dry the affected area. Gently and thoroughly massage it into the skin. Be careful not to get the medication in your eyes or mouth. Use Bifrazo 1% Lotion once daily, preferably at night before going to bed, for two to three weeks or as advised by your doctor. If Bifrazo 1% Lotion gets in your eyes accidentally, wash with plenty of water and call your doctor if your eyes are irritated.
For how long do I need to use Bifrazo 1% Lotion?
Symptoms generally get reduced or get completely cured within 2 to 4 weeks. Use Bifrazo 1% Lotion until the symptoms get cured and then for two more weeks after symptoms disappear to avoid recurrence of the infection.
What measures should be taken for a fast recovery?
Keep the affected skin areas clean and dry but avoid excessive rubbing. The itchiness may give you an urge to scratch but avoid scratching as it will damage the surface of the skin, spreading the infection further. Always wash your hands after treating the infection to prevent it from spreading. Wash your socks, stockings, and tights thoroughly in hot water to remove any shed skin or fungal spores. Change your footwear daily, if possible.

You should not use Bifrazo 1% Lotion if you are allergic to Bifrazo 1% Lotion or any of its ingredients. You should also avoid using Bifrazo 1% Lotion for nappy rash, for nail or scalp infections, or for vaginal infections.

Therefore, you should ensure that Bifrazo 1% Lotion cream does not come in contact with these products. If Bifrazo 1% Lotion cream accidentally comes into contact with a condom or diaphragm, replace the condom or diaphragm before using it as contraception.
Can warfarin be used while using Bifrazo 1% Lotion?
No, Bifrazo 1% Lotion may interfere with the working of warfarin which may cause episodes of bleeding. Therefore, if both are to be used together then the therapy needs to be monitored.
