In Bacterial infections
Cepy Plus kills the infection causing bacteria in your body. This medicine is used to treat many different types of infections such as those of the brain (meningitis), lungs (pneumonia), ear, abdomen, urinary tract, bones and joints, skin, blood, and heart. This medicine usually makes you feel better within a few days, but you should continue taking it as prescribed even when you feel better. Stopping it early may make the infection come back and harder to treat.

No, Cepy Plus is only indicated to treat bacterial infections. It does not treat viral infections (such as common cold and flu).
How to take Cepy Plus?
Take this medication orally with or without food as directed by your doctor. This medicine is usually taken once a day. Take the medicine for the prescribed period, even if symptoms disappear after a few days.
Can the use of Cepy Plus cause diarrhea?
Yes, the use of Cepy Plus can cause diarrhea. Antibiotics can kill the good and helpful bacteria present in your stomach or intestine and cause diarrhea. In case of diarrhea, drink plenty of water or other fluids. Talk to your doctor if diarrhea persists and you notice any signs of dehydration, like less urination with dark colored and strong-smelling urine. Do not take any other medicines without consulting your doctor.
