Introduction of Erifol-H Tablet

Erifol-H Tablet is a combination medicine used in the treatment of schizophrenia (a mental disorder in which a person develops unreal thoughts and behavior). It alters the thoughts and elevates the mood, improving the person’s ability to think, feel and behave.

Erifol-H Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Erifol-H Tablet1 and Erifol-H Tablet2.

In Schizophrenia

Schizophrenia is a mental disorder in which a person’s thinking ability, feelings and behavior become abnormal. Erifol-H Tablet helps restore the chemical imbalances in the brain that are responsible for such changes. It improves thoughts, behavior and enhances the quality of life.

Side effects of Erifol-H Tablet

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

Breast feeding

Erifol-H Tablet is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.
If Erifol-H Tablet is used, monitor the baby for excessive sleepiness.
Driving
UNSAFE
Erifol-H Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive.
Erifol-H Tablet can cause blurring of vision, dizziness, mild nausea, and mental confusion in some cases. This may affect your ability to drive.
Kidney
CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR
There is limited information available on the use of Erifol-H Tablet in patients with kidney disease. Please consult your doctor.
Patients with kidney disease should be closely monitored by a doctor while taking this medicine.
Liver
CAUTION
Erifol-H Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Erifol-H Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

  • Do not stop taking Erifol-H Tablet without talking to your doctor first as it may cause worsening of symptoms.
