P Dex Syrup is used in the treatment of dry cough. It thins and loosens the mucus (sticky substance) in the nose and windpipe, making it easier to cough out. It narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose.
P Dex Syrup is a combination of cough suppressants, sympathomimetics agonist, mucolytics, and menthol.

In Dry cough

P Dex Syrup suppresses severe dry cough and gives you relief from an itchy throat. Apart from this, it also reduces symptoms of allergy like watery eyes, sneezing and runny nose. Along with taking P Dex Syrup, gargling with warm salt water and having ginger or honey can help you manage dry cough.
