Ril 1.25mg Tablet lowers your blood pressure. As a result, it reduces the chance of damage to the small blood vessels in your heart and kidneys. This reduces the risk of getting a heart attack and kidney problems. It also helps in slowing down the rate at which they get worse if you already have problems.

In Treatment of Heart failure

Ril 1.25mg Tablet makes it easier for your heart to pump blood around your body so the heart has to do less work. This can improve your heart function and reduce the symptoms of heart failure. The medicine must be taken regularly and as long as the doctor has prescribed it to be effective.

What if you forget to take Ril Tablet?

If you miss a dose of Ril 1.25mg Tablet, skip it and continue with your normal schedule. Do not double the dose.

I have been diagnosed with heart failure and the doctor has prescribed me Ril 1.25mg Tablet. Why?

Can Ril 1.25mg Tablet increase potassium levels? If yes, what should be done?

Ril 1.25mg Tablet may increase potassium levels in the blood, especially if you have uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, kidney problems, and dehydration. Potassium levels may also increase in patients using potassium salts or medicines which increase potassium levels or are aged more than 70 years of age. If you have any of these conditions and are using Ril 1.25mg Tablet, you need to be careful and get regular blood tests done to monitor potassium levels.

When can I expect my blood pressure to be normal after starting Ril 1.25mg Tablet?

Ril 1.25mg Tablet takes a few hours to reduce high blood pressure but since there are no symptoms, you will not notice any difference.
