Sclerost Eye Drop helps reduce pressure in your eyes (ocular hypertension) that can lead to an illness called glaucoma. It may be used alone or with other eye drops. If you stop taking it, the pressure in your eye will not be controlled. This could lead to a loss of sight.

- For best results, put one drop once a day in the evening/night in the affected eye(s).
- Apply pressure on the corner of the eye (close to the nose) for about 1 minute, immediately after instilling the drop.
