How Adicoff P Products work

Chlorpheniramine Maleate + Bromhexine is a combination of two medicines: Chlorpheniramine and bromhexine which relieve cold symptoms. Chlorpheniramine is an antiallergic that treats runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Bromhexine is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out.
