How Cisam MPS Products work

Cisapride + Methylpolysiloxane is a combination of two medicines: Cisapride + Methylpolysiloxane1 and Cisapride + Methylpolysiloxane2. Cisapride + Methylpolysiloxane1 is a prokinetic which facilitates the movement of intestines, thereby increasing the frequency of bowel movements, softening stools, and reducing abdominal pain/discomfort. Cisapride + Methylpolysiloxane2 is an antifoaming medicine which disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas.
