Benzoyl Peroxide + Clindamycin is a combination of two medicines: Benzoyl Peroxide + Clindamycin1 and Benzoyl Peroxide + Clindamycin2, which treats pimples (acne) by penetrating into the skin and killing acne-causing bacteria. Benzoyl Peroxide + Clindamycin1 additionally reduces oil production in the skin, replenishes the skin and helps keep your pores open.

Q. Can I use Clinton Gel as a spot treatment (single pimple)?

It is not a spot treatment and should not be used to treat a single pimple. Clinton Gel should be applied to the entire face. Using it once every day can treat your acne.

It may take up to 2-3 weeks before your symptoms improve. Clinton Gel may take some time to deliver significant results. Use the medicine as directed and tell your doctor if your symptoms do not improve or if they get worse.

Q. Will Clinton Gel be more effective if I overuse it?

No, do not overuse Clinton Gel. It can result in too much medicine being absorbed into the body and cause severe diarrhea. If you are experiencing increased severity of your symptoms, please consult your doctor for re-evaluation.

Q. What are the instructions for the storage and disposal of Clinton Gel?

Keep this medicine in the packet or the container it came in, tightly closed. Store it according to the instructions mentioned on the pack or label. Dispose of the unused medicine. Make sure it is not consumed by pets, children and other people.
