Zucrom Tablet contains chromium which helps the body use sugar properly in people who are diabetic. This reduces the risk of various diabetic complications and improves health.

Zucrom Tablet might lower blood sugar levels too much if taken along with diabetes medications. If you have diabetes, use Zucrom Tablet only after consulting your doctor and monitor blood glucose levels closely. Dose adjustments to diabetes medications might be necessary.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. It can be taken with or without food. However, it would be best to take it at the same time each day to avoid the chances of missing a dose. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it.

If you happen to miss a dose, take the missed dose as soon as you remember. Skip the missed dose if it is almost time for your next scheduled dose. Do not take extra medicine to make up the missed dose. Discuss this with your healthcare provider. In order to avoid missing a dose, use a calendar, pillbox, alarm clock, or cell phone alert to help you remember to take your medication.

This medicine is safe if used in the dose and duration advised by your doctor. Take it exactly as directed and do not skip any dose. Follow your doctor's instructions carefully and let your doctor know if any of the side effects bother you.
