Lupizol-ZS Anti-dandruff Shampoo is a combination of three medicines used in the treatment of dandruff. It prevents the growth of fungus on the scalp and stops the infection from spreading to the unaffected part.
Lupizol-ZS Anti-dandruff Shampoo is for external use only. You should use it in the exact dose and duration as directed by your doctor. The amount you need, and how long you should take it will depend on the severity of your condition. Do not leave it for too long, as long-term contact may cause irritation or a burning sensation. You should avoid getting in contact with your mouth, eyes, and nose. In case of accidental contact, wash it off with plenty of water. Keep using it regularly to get the most benefit.

How Lupizol-ZS Shampoo works
Lupizol-ZS Anti-dandruff Shampoo is a combination of three medicines : Luliconazole, Salicylic Acid, and Zinc pyrithione. Luliconazole and Zinc pyrithione are antifungal medications that treat fungal infections. Luliconazole works by killing the fungi on the skin by destroying their cell membrane. Zinc pyrithione makes fungal cells to absorb copper which in turn inactivates protein mechanisms in cells. This is how it stops fungal growth. Salicylic Acid is a keratolytic medication. It reduces oil production in the skin, replenishes the skin, and it also keeps your pores open.

- Lupizol-ZS Anti-dandruff Shampoo is used for the treatment of dandruff and thus relieves flakiness and itching.
- Use it twice weekly for 2-4 weeks. Wet your hair well before you apply the medicine. Massage the lather over your scalp and then leave it for about 3-5 minutes before you rinse it off.
- To help prevent dandruff from returning, you can continue to use Lupizol-ZS Anti-dandruff Shampoo once every 1-2 weeks or as prescribed by the doctor.
- Drink plenty of water as by hydrating your body, you also reduce the number of flakes on your scalp, thereby decreasing the appearance of dandruff.
- Avoid scratching your scalp as it will only aggravate dandruff.
- Make sure to cover your head with a hat or a scarf whenever you step out.
